Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ADYMOB BİLİŞİM LİMİTED ŞİRKET ("we") handles information when you use AdymobTop at https://adymob.top, and how we use the Google account we operate.

1. Who we are

For app publishers, we place the app in the AdMob account operated by ADYMOB BİLİŞİM LİMİTED ŞİRKET, run mediation, and advise on it. Publishers come to us because of that mediation. We do not connect the publisher's own AdMob account. For advertisers, campaigns sit in sub-accounts under our Google Ads manager account (MCC). That MCC is the center of the Google Ads work. We do not connect a personal Google Ads account. A site you introduce is placed in our AdSense account, and we give you the ad code for it. A YouTube channel you introduce is monetized through the account we operate. We do not connect a personal AdSense or YouTube account. We are not Google, and we are not affiliated with Google. Those names belong to Google LLC.

2. Google data we access

AdMob data is read from the AdMob account we operate, including mediation for an app a publisher asked us to place there. Google Ads data is read from sub-accounts under the manager account (MCC) we operate. AdSense data is read from the AdSense account we operate, for a site the publisher introduced. We do not ask a publisher or an advertiser to connect a personal AdMob, Google Ads, AdSense, or YouTube account. YouTube monetization does not use a sign-in from your personal YouTube account. The features on our home page are why these permissions exist:

• Google AdMob (admob.readonly and admob.report): apps, ad units, mediation, and performance or earnings reports in the AdMob account operated by ADYMOB BİLİŞİM LİMİTED ŞİRKET. We use this to manage an app a publisher asked us to place there, to run mediation, and to prepare a report for that publisher. We do not ask the publisher to connect a personal AdMob account. This does not include bank or card details.
• Google Ads (adwords): sub-accounts under our manager account (MCC), plus their campaigns, ad groups, ads, assets, budgets, and performance. When you ask, we can also create or update a campaign in that sub-account. We do not ask you to connect a personal Google Ads account.
• Google AdSense (adsense.readonly and adsense): sites a publisher asked us to place in the AdSense account we operate, the ad code we give for that site, ad clients, ad units, and reports. If a feature changes that AdSense data, this permission covers that change as well. We do not ask you to connect a personal AdSense account. The ad code is not a Google sign-in token.

We do not ask publishers or advertisers for Gmail, Drive, or a personal AdMob, Google Ads, AdSense, or YouTube login.

3. How we use that data

We use Google data only to provide the features described on this website:

• Place and manage an app in our AdMob account, run mediation, and advise the publisher.
• Manage Google Ads sub-accounts under our MCC.
• Place an introduced site in our AdSense account and give the publisher the ad code for that site.
• Monetize an introduced YouTube channel through the account we operate.
• Send an AdMob or Google Ads report through the Adymob Telegram bot when the person it belongs to asks for it. One person's report is not sent to someone else.
• Create, pause, or update campaigns, ad groups, or ad units when you ask us to.
• Keep our own Google connection signed in. The stored token belongs to the account we operate, not to a personal account of yours.
• Reply when you write to us about that same work.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it to advertise to other people, and we do not use it for retargeting or interest-based advertising. We do not use it to train public models. We do not pass it to advertising networks, data brokers, or information resellers.

4. Limited use

AdymobTop's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy.

• We use Google user data only to provide or improve the features described in this policy.
• We pass Google user data to others only if you ask us to, if we need to for security, if the law requires it, or as part of a merger after we tell users.
• Our staff do not read this data unless you ask us to while we are helping you, we need to for security, the law requires it, or the data has been combined so it no longer identifies you.

5. How we store it

Google gives our account an access token and a refresh token. We store those tokens, and the advertising records we need for apps, sites, channels, and sub-accounts, on servers we control. Traffic to those servers uses HTTPS. Only the systems that run AdymobTop can reach the stored data.

We keep this data while the app, site, channel, or sub-account is active with us. If you ask us to delete the records we stored for you, we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep a record. The Google token itself belongs to the account we operate.

6. Turning access off

The Google account that granted access can remove AdymobTop from Google's account permissions page . That account is the one we operate, not a personal account we asked you to connect. After that removal, requests that use the old token fail. To delete report records we stored for you, email rasa.soudi1994@gmail.com.

7. This website

If you email us, we use your message only to reply. The site may keep a technical log, such as browser type and IP address, so we can keep it available and look into errors. That log is separate from Google advertising data.

8. Sharing

We share information only in these cases:

• With Google, because AdMob data is read from the AdMob account we operate, Google Ads data is read from sub-accounts under our MCC, and AdSense data is read from the AdSense account we operate.
• With a hosting provider that processes it only so we can run AdymobTop, and only on our instructions.
• Through the Adymob Telegram bot, only when the person a report belongs to asks for it. We send that report so Telegram can deliver it to their chat. We do not send one customer's results to someone else. We do not send the Google access token or refresh token to Telegram, and we do not allow that report to be used for advertising to anyone else.
• If you tell us to share it, if we must for security, or if the law requires it.

9. Your requests

You can ask what records we stored for your app, site, channel, or sub-account, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email rasa.soudi1994@gmail.com.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new text on this page with a new date.
